Year End Awards

Each one of you is invited to attend the Annual Year-End banquet taking place at the Killarney Community Centre on the evening of Saturday, November 2, 2002. Bring a date, bring a friend, bring a spouse, bring your parents!

OK, maybe not your parents…

Cocktails begin at 5:30pm, appetizers are served at 6:00pm, dinner starts at 6:30pm.

Tickets are $28 (less than last year) and the dinner will be scrumptious (more than last year, and better than ever!). Profits from the cash bar will go to the club.

Some fabulous menu items include:

• bruschetta and baguettes
• curried chicken in wanton crisps
• barbequed roast
• herb-stuffed turkey
• wasabi crusted salmon
• greek marinated potatoes
• italian bocconcini and tomato salad
• cappucino cheese cake
• and many other tasty dishes

We will be selling tickets at the clubhouse after practice (Sept. 19), at the Rams exhibition game on Saturday (Sept. 21), and at Molly Malone's one night in the near future. Please feel free to contact us if these times will not work for you or if you need to make other arrangements. Please give us your feedback as soon as possible so that we can accurately plan and prepare for the night. If anyone has any specific reuests or food allergies, let us know as well.

We are planning this evening to be something that everyone can enjoy; one where we can all show pride in being a Saracen. All members, past and present, full and part time, young and old, are encouraged to attend.

Though the cleats are off, THIS Saturday is still a Rugby Day!
